I Need Help Please...
I tried to install a rom on my htc touch pro and now all it does is load up and reset load up and reset over and over over.
please can someone help me out with this problem. please |

first thing first, did you unlock your phone, second what rom did you download maybe try installing a different rom or reload the sprint rom... to do this hold the volume down key and the power button at the same time reset the device while still holding the buttons, the phone should go into a tri color screen.. plug the phone into the computer and re flash with the same rom or something else it will be alright buddy. |

we need more information.. for example..did you unlock the phone first? how did you try to flash it? kinda need to no what you did... but assuming it is unlocked try flashing with the sd card to a new rom and see if it works.

If it is device specific, then post it in the device forum, NOT the Upgrades forums. If you're not sure where to post something, then post it in the device's forum and a staff member can always move it. |
