Can't Sync

AHHHHH .... please anyone who can help.... I have unlocked my phone and added Mighty Rom and now I can't re-sync to my computer!!! I have ActiveSync 6.1 on windows vista. I can do the USB file download and have my computer acknowledge it... but i can't sync!!!! ANY help would be MUCH MUCH appreciated....

frustrated and feelin' stupid!
