Just got a new Touch Pro from Sprint
 
And the magnetic function on the stylus isn't even working..
Really makes the phone feel cheap to me.
I'm sending it in with a note on it.

it happens. just take it to a sprint repair center and have them swap it out. you have 30 days. its not that big of a deal. i went through like 3 diamonds and 2 tp's. i'm probably going to get the tp2 when it comes out just because i can lol

I just mailed it in since I don't have time(finals week) lots of studying to do.
Closest store is 20 min away.

did you call them and talk to them first? sending a note probably isn't the best way to go about it if you don't already have an rma number and whatnot

if you haven't talked to them about it, i would call and explain the situation otherwise you might end up screwed.

it might be that the stylus just doesn't have a magnet in it (third party), have you tried using your old stylii

I tried 3 styli, all OEM
