Activesync Connection Issues
 

My Microsoft activesync establishes a connection with my Touch Pro always when my laptop is connected to my docking station. if i disconnect from the docking station and use the exact same usb port it will not connect. it also works on my PC with no problems.

I have reinstalled the AS software several times and put the phone back to stock. the only thing i havent done is completely wipe the laptop and start from scratch.

is there a setting that i need to change to fix this? i want to use wiping the laptop clean as a last resort.

go to start/settings/connections/usb to PC. in there there is an opption to check off if active sync fails to connect. try that. it solved that same issue for me.
