Help with Registry Values

So I just found out about the SDConfig Builder and it has been a godsend on my Sprint TP. I was wondering how everyone did so much flashing between ROMS because I couldn't stand installing all the necessary cabs I use. Everything is running perfectly, I just want to make a registry fix I can run to change all the small settings I prefer. I don't know where the values for these changed settings are, but hopefully someone else does and can help. Once I find the answer, I'll update this post for others. I understand not all of these may be changed in the registry, but any help is better than no help. I will probably add to this list as I think of more. If you think of any others you would like to know, feel free to ask. Thanks

Registry Values I'm looking to change:
*Change Photo Album "ok" to close Albums when pressed
Quote:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\HTCAlbum]
"ok_minimize"=dword:00000001
*Turn off "Reject call with text message" in Phone Settings
*Turn off "Add new phone number to Contacts at end of call" in Phone Settings
*Turn off "When a call is connecting, open the Notes Application when the stylus is pulled out" in Phone Settings
*Disable "Automatic Prepend" in Phone Settings
Quote:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\PhoneSetting]
"AutoPrepend_1"=dword:00000000
*Changing backlight time in the Power Settings
*Change to "End programs by tapping 'X'" in Task Manager
*Change Exchange sync & peak times
*Change Exchange signature
*Disable shutter sound in camera
Quote:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Camera\General]
"DisableShutterSound"=dword:00000000
*Disable Data Connection after not being used for __ amount of time
*Enable "Sound alarms even when the device is set to silent or vibrate" in Clocks & Alarms

Re: Help with Registry Values

You will want to download a registry editor, I prefer Total Commander... Then I recommend you read this great tutorial... It should be very helpful in explaining what needs to be done...

Re: Help with Registry Values

Well I completely understand editing the registry and the tools needed. What I plan to do is make a cab of the registry edits to put into my SDConfig so that I don't have to go through and change all the minor settings everytime I flash. I've made a cab of current registry fixes that I want, but these are the ones that I do not know where they are.

Oh... Okay... I apologize for misinterpreting what you were asking for.. Location location location! :D

I do not know the location of any of these edits... I would say search for them, but that is A LOT of searching...

i would suggest putting the different hacks in your list in the search bar. you will end up with a bunch of threads, but you should know what you're looking for after reading a few post or titles. hope this helps.(i usually write down all my tweeks or bookmark the thread on my pc for quick references)

added a few through the search feature in PHM RegEdit. Not sure how many people will actually need this, but I did update it in the first post. Once I get as many as I think I will get I can upload the cab if anyone wants it. Just let me know
