Need help please
 

I lost all data connections.. my msl code does not work anymore. Sprint told me to bring it in.
So I reflashed it back to a sprint rom. I am having a hell of a time relocking.
I had no problem unlocking. I just cant figure out how to relock.

So please somebody help.

Extract the files then run the app as if you were flashing a ROM

ok i have no clue why this is not working i have to be missing some step?
downloaded relocker
after i extract files and click on it nothing happens.
I know i am doing something wrong or missing a very important step?
Am I suppose to download something else with it ?
Like i said befor unlocking was very easy.This is making me nuts and i am starting to feel stupid.

Sorry I should have been more clear... after u reflashed to the stock ROM...connect your tp to your desktop via usb cord and after extracting the files u should see this " Raphael_CDMA_Relocker.exe" run the relocker by clicking it and follow the onscreen instructions
