well i have a touch pro n my brothers wnts one. but u knw that its xpensive. so we thouth of claim my phone lost so sprint snd me a new one. n give the new one to my bro.. but my question is that if sprint will knw if im using the new one or if im still using the old one. do they knw that..

yes they will clasiffie the "lost" one's ESN as "Lost or Stolen" and you wont be able to use it. Think about it, if you could do this wouldnt everyone and then theyde put a stop to it anyway......ummm yeah.
