switching brand new never activated touch pro to cinci bell?

insurance replaced my old backup phone(titan,mogul,ppc6800) with a brand spankin new touch pro. i have no need for it since ive already got a touch pro so i was going to give it to my friend, but he has cinci bell(i think its partnered with at&t if i remember right)i know phones can be unlocked for other providers but most cinci bell phones require a sim card. is there any way i could still have it switched to him?

Nope, you have a cdma phone and at&t is gsm. They simply won't work together. Sucks.

Yea...like thacountry said, it will not work. Cincinnati Bell is a GSM carrier, so the cdma touch pro you have is useless to him.

Why doesnt he just go with Sprint? Might not need a contract if he has the phone already.
