help: the screen of touch pro does not work
 

The screen is black, not wet & not dropping.When it is connected to the computer,I can see the mobile works properly by the screen of computer.I think that perhaps the interface line is loose.So I want to take it apart to repair it, but it seems too hard to do. Do anyone have the instruction to do this ? or pictures, or videos, pls hand a direction to me , thanks a lot !
By the way, I'm from China, my English is poor.

HI, 1st of all welcome to the forum. Your English is just fine. I do not suggest you try and repair any of this by yourself because you might void the warranty. I suggest you take it to a Sprint repair store and have them give it a look. You dont want to suspect something is wrong and its not the fault but you ruin the warranty because of that.

I agree with lilbitz. You would just void the warranty on your touch pro by taking it apart.

Thanks for your reply.Here's no Sprint repair store. I bought touch pro from internet store without any warranty on China innerland, and I think there is just a small fault such as connection loose.
