UPDATE 5/18/09: HOW TO: Relock CDMA TPs From SD Card NO PC NEEDED
 

UPDATE: RELOCKER NBH AND SSPL NOW ATTACHED TO FIRST POST TO SAVE TIME FOR EVERYONE USING THIS METHOD.

Thank you razorloves for the upload of the extracted .nbh files.

Alright, I had my usb port crap out on me on my alltel TP and i was stuck needing to flash and relock without it, this is how i did it.

First download the CDMA Relocker NBH.zip below.

Then, extract the RAPHIMG.nbh file from the archive and copy it to the root of your sd card (must be formatted to FAT32)

Next step is to download the SSPLManual_Raphael.zip below. Copy the SSPL-Manual.exe file from the archive to the root of your device. Run the SSPL-Manual.exe from your device and once in bootloader press POWER to update, it will run and VOILA your TP is locked from the SD card.

UPDATE: VZW SSPL MANUAL ADDED, THANX TO RAZORLOVES FOR INFORMING ME I MISSED THE UPLOAD.

A friend of mine was taking his vzw touch pro in for an insurance claim and let me try this sd method out of curiosity, and it WORKED. Only difference is instead of the sprint, alltel, telus, etc. relocker, pull the RAPHIMG.nbh from the Verizon Relocker NBH.zip attachment below.

Hope this helps the people having any type of trouble relocking through activesync.

still says unlocked when i check the bootloader screen

it always said SECURITY UNLOCKED at the top for me in bootloader even before i ever unlocked it but it you check the spl and it should be like .37.0000 instead of .37 CMONEX if you have the zeros you are locked. They checked my bootloader at the alltel store before they set me up for an exchange.

check your bootloader if it says "SPL-0.37.0000" you are locked

if it says "SPL-0.37 CMONEX" you are still unlocked

if this method worked for you to relock please spread the word.

Updated the first post with a simplified method that can be done using your phone without the need for a computer to extract the files.
