long and short p pause in sprint touch pro dialer
 

this is really interesting.....with all these great feature and powerful software and hardware inthe touch pro ,which is pretty much like a laptop in your pocket......
it doesnot have the pause p in the dialer to dial more than ten numbers...like to dial your password.or for some international calling cards...or when you wanna dial an extension after a certain company number which is supposed to be dialed after a pause.

any body who was able to figure this out or was able to add a registery key to enable this feature.
this is pretty old simple thing available in all the phones even the flip phones.

I've noticed this too. I'd love to know if someone has figured it out.

On the keyboard just type a "p" for "pause" or a "w" for "wait" till you press the enter button on the dial pad and continue with the numbers now it might now show up when you press the dial button, you will see only the 10 digit number but it will continue with what you have entered.

I have done this numerous times.

Thanks! I always used commas in the past. Didn't occur to me to use p or w. I just tried using p and it worked great on the Sprint Touch Pro.
