Easy Question...

Where do I have to put an mp3 file if I want to be able to use it as an alarm for the stock "clock & alarm" function?

Re: Easy Question...

it has to be a WAV format and has to be either in the windows folder or RINGS folder

Thanks for the quick response and I did as you said and got the "clock & alarms" to show it as an option but it won't play it. It shows up as an option but it will not let me select it. The .wav file is 827 kb. Is that too big? Has anyone got a custom alarm sound to work?

Re: Easy Question...

If you're using a Touch Pro, you could always do a search for G-Alarm, as it will use mp3's as alarms also.

Re: Easy Question...

Thanks for the responses guys and girls.

That is why I love this website. I rarely have anything to contribute but almost always have answers to my questions without even asking (not the case this time.)

I have dl'ed klaxon and like the program a lot. It has solved my problem and also made it much easier for me to snooze in the morning. Thanks everyone.

One more question: where does mp3 trimmer save files by default? I would guess the rings folder in windows but I cannot find my trimmed mp3 there so I don't know.

Thanks again.
