Touch Pro Keyboard Issue
 

My keyboard has stopped working and this is the third touch pro ive had in some time now and i doubt Sprint will give me another one. i am on Silence Rom 9 and use the Telus Radio. I have tried different ROMs, Radios, and multiple hard/soft resets. i cannot wrap my mind around what could be causing this, any suggestions will be welcomed. Thanks so much!

there are SOOOOO many thread about this... its hardware!!!!!

you can get a new tp or change to a new phone... since you have had this problem happen more than once.

Well naturally its hardware, but its an intermittent outage, if you catch me, it works for like 5 minutes at a time and then doesn't work for hours. its rather awful. Ive read the threads, they dont help, im looking for a solution, i just got this new phone 3 days ago, this is ridiculous!

weird you have problems after just 3 days... there is one there that shows you how to fix the problem... from a sprint tech i think.... but you have to take the phone apart.

i had one replaced because of this and so far so good with this one.. i have had the screen replaced 2 times tho... these phones are fragile
