I tried 6.5 but went back to 6.1 because of stability.

BUT let me offer a caveat. I don't think 6.5 itself is unstable but just not all programs work 100% with it just yet. I think 6.5 will eventually overtake 6.1 in the near future once all the programs/apps get updated. But until then, I'm content with 6.1

I'm running build 21501 from Cal's kitchen. My TP is Sprint flavored.

I don't see myself going back to 6.1. Especially these newer builds are so stable. I don't have manilla running at all...in fact I left it in the kitchen. I am running SPB MS3...

side note...I change to titanium for a change of pace but I'm using WM7 project customization from XDA.

All in all, snappy, stable...definitely more finger friendly.

I tried Copper and Juicy's 6.5 ROMs but had lots of issues. I would imagine the fact that they are building bits of an in-development OS into something we can use right now makes it tough to perfect. I'm glad for all the work going into the 6.5 ROMs but now I am probably going to check out some of the newer 6.1 ROMs and see if I can't get someof my stability back.

i installed 6.5 and i really have no intention of going back. while i will admit that 6.1 is faster (and i seem to have a memory leak somewhere because i have to soft reset now and then), i just love the titanium chome interface. i'm just hoping that we get some updates in the near future to fix the speed issues and whatnot.
now i just wish it was possible to install titanium on 6.1 *dream*

Moved to Main TP Forum

I am ruining my own setup I used JD's kitchen to create I will have a real issue if I have to go back to 6.1 I just prefer the 6.5 interface and JD's 6.5 mix runs very sooth on my TP.

Not impressed honestly. Im back at 6.5. Iris runs alot smoother on Juggs 5.0 or 7.0 rom. On 6.5.. it was jerky as hell.

When I first started running 6.5 roms (back in the first super early builds), I thought I was going to hate wm6.5. Once we got past 212xx, there was no going back for me.

IMO, wm6.1 = wm6.whatsthepoint

The newest builds are stable and fast, 21222 is doing nicely for me.

I'll perhaps try that...
