Cell Tower Triangulation Not working?
 
Hi

Anybody get My Location WITHOUT GPS (As in with the cell tower estimating) on Google Maps to work with the Verizon CDMA TP?

i believe that it wont work with cdma. this is the reason google latitude wont update your location while runing in the background. i really wish it did and if someone could prove me wrong, i'd thank them.

I think I can prove you wrong.
When the recent outage went on I was able to turn off my "Agps" on my Titan and get a screen shot of Garmin on an air flight going 400mph at 32k feet. Now this being the TP I haven't had the chance to try it yet since I haven't taken a flight, but will really soon.
I have been looking and looking for that picture..

It hasn't been figured out on the TP yet, but it does work on the Sprint Treo Pro. Sprint (and definitely Verizon) lock down this information tightly
