cant get into Custom Start Icon/Battery/Speaker/EV/1X Icons
 

Clicking on the link from Touch Pro Essentials and get a dont have permissions error.

I did a search and found this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ht=custom+icon

were someone else has same problem, they posted a link that to new none-archived page but that one two does not work. How do I get to this thread?
