MMS button in mobile shell 3

in single contact veiw where it has option to call, send text or send mms, the mms button opens regular text message not mms. anyone have this issue or know of a fix?

yeah i was working fine on my 6800, i just got touch pro 2 days ago and i just noticed it not working right..
