Need Gmail help !!!
 

None of my mail for the past two days will download???

I havn't made changes of any kind, I get an error message "sync. error" after I hit send/receive. It also looks like my password has changed after trying to sync. ???

Things work fine on the internet with my account. I set up the TP using the automatic settings, POP3. I have also tried the IMAP4 settings with the same results.

Any Ideas??? Thanks

I would just try deleting the account from the phone and starting over fresh.

katrinka if you have msn messenger in ur phone, just go on put ur email (any email) and password... make sure you uncheck add contacts to ur phone book and trust me that works. if ur password have change then yo need to get that fix 1st. hope it works, works for me all the time.

I'm using 6.1 Stock ROM.

I've tried reloading everything with the same results.

When I hit send/receive All seems to start up OK.

But I get the error msg. in the end.

The password thing is what seems to be confusing, I've changed it but after trying to sync it shows many more characters than I use.

The error reports that there is problems with tmail.exe not gmail.

I have done a hard reset but still the same problems???

im having the same problem
no mail is oming in
i set it up like 5 times
i tried everything
i am on Mighty5 rom
would love a solution

I reset everything according to the above link and it worked!!! YEA

As I was setting things up I was real careful and I even changed things to only download from the past day. Don't know how that could make a difference, but its working!
