Keyboard issues
 

I have installed a few programs the latest was arcsoft.. Now my keyboard doen't anlways work.. the on screen keyboard does though. Did not have problem before that was installed.. The keyboard works when it wants too.. now.. Not sure if I should have the phone replaced or try to troubleshoot it..please help And does anyone have a cab to the sprint pic mail.. I'm thinking of doing a hard reset to see if that works..

I had the exact problem (minus the arcsoft install).. it has happened before (maybe 3 times b4) I m on Pro 7 and this isnt b.c im jus careless wit my Pro. I actually take care of them. Sprint order me a new one yesterday b/c my keyboard gave up on me... Again..

ok thanks glad to see it isn't just me.. I haven't even dropped mine or anything..
