Startup Sound, not what you're thinking...

So I had my phone set up with no startup sound and no startup animation...

Then I installed the uninstall T9 cab and the DictMgr program, and now I get the startup sound when Sprint(black) screen is loading and my phone vibrates for a atleast five seconds while the sound is going off. The sound is a loud DingDingDing. I realize what I installed probably caused this so....

I deleted all traces of DictMgr and it still does it.

Does anyone know where that is in the registry so I can turn that off? Like I said its not on the Windows screen, it when Touchflo is loading and you can already see the start button and signal bars.

Any help would be appreciated.

Flight mode... HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendedFunction\CDMA\Fligh tModeOnOff\
Set enablesound to "0"

Sad to say that didn't work. Oh and the vibrate is more like ten seconds actually. I guess it isn't that big of a deal but it's really annoying, anyone else have any ideas?

Hmmmm are you sure it took? Soft reset after making changes? Check the registry and see if it still says 0

Do you happen to know how to turn off the battery is low notification? When my battery is low, that actually drains more of my battery b/c it will vibrate a few times.

I swear last night after I did this I soft reset like 3 or 4 times and it still did it. But I just did again and it worked, thanks! I love this forum.
