i realize, alot of you on like your 5th or 6th TP

but this is really ridiculous

When I first got my TP, around Christmas. It messed u with something screen ****, I got a new one that day, no question is was within the 30 days.

Then keyboard failure, last monday, so take it in, its not the ribbon cable btw.. order a replacement, they get it in, I get a new phone Thursday..

now, today, I usually leave my keyboard, open on my lap, as i think slide it more and more will kill it faster..apparently didnt help or something

I go to reply back to a text and keyboard doesnt work..so I restart the phone.. nothing, take the battery out for a couple minutes..worths till about 1pm till my phone dies, and I have to wait till I get home and now it doesnt work, I tried everything, to a hard reset...


why is this soo crazy..

also,
usually when I slide it, the keyboard lights up, but buttons dont work.

but I mean, it didnt last a week..lol

my second one atleast lasted a few months!

i've had a tp since day one (4 all together) and i've never had a keyboard problem. I know this doesn't help buy maybe its something you keep loading on there thats messing it up.

im at the sprint store right now, they're gonna try to fix my keyboard...i hope that it does it justice. i didnt flash my phone back to stock, but i dont think that should matter...or will it?

good news, sprint didnt even care that my phone had a different rom on it, they just swapped it out with no questions asked!

I dont use a custom rom, I just use sprint clean-up, I doubt that changes anything

but yah
if you think it does, let me know

i must have cursed myself, my keyboard just stopped working today :(

A sprint store repaired my latest one. It stopped working before the night was out. I went there at 3:00 or so. By 9:00 it was dead again. I went back the next day and they just replaced it because of the inconvenience. This latest one has been working fine.

could the sprint clean up? be a possbile curse? lol

i dont wanna try custom roms, I just like the phone going alittle faster

when 6.5 comes out, will it be just a update? no flashing involved?( not talkin about custom roms)

I don't use sprint clean up, so thats not the problem ](*,)

when sprint finally makes an official 6.5 rom you will still have to flash your device and you will lose all your info, so basically back everything up.
