data/MIP settings reverting back on Alltel TP on Verizon
 

I am having an issue with with MIP profile on my Alltel Touch Pro, activated on my Verizon Wireless account, reverting back to Alltel (MDN@vzw3g.com changes to MDN@alltel.net) when dialing *228. I can change everything back with no problem, only annoying part is that I have to have my DMU key reset for data to work again. I am using a VZW radio ROM with mightyrom5 and am using a VZW ERI. Trying to find out where the phone is storing these "default settings". Any chefs or ROM masters out there have any clue? This is the only real hurdle I have left for my phone to be virtually 100%.

Did you find a resolution to this?

I have a Sprint TP, it is having issues switch to the 1x to retrieve DATA on my companies Exchange as well as GMAIL. It hangs on Evo and I am not able to sync.

I am one of the millions of Alltel customer pulled into the Verizon realm (I strayed from them).

I have the Radio, 1.03 running Rice ROM.

This issue still persists with new VZW Radio. Can anyone determine how my phone can be resetting to alltel.net in the MIP Profile when doing a OTA program/update? I find it hard to believe this is being caused by the network or OTA system itself, it must be triggering something on the device? Any way of "tracking" this?
