If you have successfully flashed a radio then you are definitely unlocked. But, if you want to make sure just put the phone into bootloader mode (tricolor screen) and see if it says SPL .37.cmonex on the second line under RAPH800. To put into bootloader just hold in the power button and volume down button and tap the reset button, dont let go of the power and vol down until you see a tricolor screen.

Okay, sorry If I'm being noobish about this. I've downloaded Mighty's ROM. Since my phone is unlocked, bootloader does verify, Do I need to run Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip also? Or do i just run the RUU from the downloaded Mighty file?

just run the custom_ruu.exe file that is in the mighty download. the Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip is just for unlocking your phone, so you don't need that.

AHHH I do believe I've done it successfully! Thanks to you guys =D That Mighty ROM screen scared me lol. I felt like I was in a waiting room while it was going! let the addiction begin!!!
