HELP ME PLEASE - Showing up but not showing up!
 

If I go phone -> contacts: I can find everyone on my contact list.
If I go to the text icon -> menu -> new -> and try to find certain individuals they do NOT show up.

They are showing up through the phone contact but not when I go to text message them. How do I fix this? It's driving me insane.

save the person as a mobile contact

Did You Backup Ur Contacts?? Annd Ofcurse Put Then Back In Ur Phone?
