HTC's threaded SMS vs WM Threaded SMS

I hate HTC's threaded SMS in the new TF3D2. There are a couple of reasons that I hate it. One being if you type a really long text and hit send it only sends part of it... The other is that if you accidentally hit one of those other tabs that show up along the bottom while you are typing you loose your text. What I want to know is there a way to still keep TF3D2 and instead of opening HTC's threaded sms have it open WM threaded SMS, like in TF3D?

when you are viewing the text preview in tf3d, just hit "all messages" on the bottom left and it will bring up WM sms. I avoid tf3d sms as well...

Yeah I do that now. Was just hoping there might be a way to tap the msg and go right into the message... Just wanted to minimize finger strokes.

I'm sure there is a way but there's no will. Someone could always edit the mode9 files to direct it to a windows command but I for one am not about to sift through thousands of manila files to find the one responsible for the messaging tab. What I did instead was remove the tab alltogether and change my left soft key to "Messaging" and my right soft ket to create SMS which takes me straight into a new message screen. Not exactly a solution but it's the best I could come up with

Well maybe someone will come up with the fix and release a cab.
