Rhodium weather tab on TP TF3D?

I may not even know what I'm saying but I'll try to explain:

The Rhodium Manilla has a weather tab which displays the current day's temperature atop, and then the next four days below it. Is it possible to get this onto MightyMike's 4.16 ROM?
