Power Consumption with different installation methods.
Here's a situation which I cannot figure out the answer to. Back when I first tried the Copper rom, I installed my usual apps only to find a current draw of 283-450ish mA using BatteryMeter. On a fresh install, it was much lower then that so I went on installing things one by one to see what the problem was. Turns out, Sprite Terminator was causing this.
Then, I built a rom using one of JDs 6.5 kitchens and cooked in Sprite Terminator, installed my usual programs, current draw was around 57mA. Now, I installed Juicy 7, installed Sprite Terminator, and it's 283mA again... What Gives? |
Re: Power Consumption with different installation methods.
Sprite Terminator has GPS enabled/polling almost 24/7. Must have been a fluke with that 57mA rating as thats is extremely low unless the CPU was being clocked down.
