TCPMP Phone goes to sleep
 

So when I am playing movies with TCPMP, the phone seems to go to sleep and the movie stops. I could not find any settings related to this. I am running Merdins 4.2 rom. Can anyone suggest anything for me or is it related directly to the rom? Thanks.

start\settings\system then power. in advanced theres settings for backlight ect.

i tried that does not work i disabled turn off backlight when not used for. the phone goes standbay after about a minute and a half

works for me, just watched the movie taken for hour and a half. set a hard button to turn off backlight in start,settings/today then buttons.

i went to start settings then today but there are no options for buttons there. i also went to settings buttons but you can only set programs there and not backlight. sorry if i didnt get you correctly?

Thanks that seems to work. I saw you mentioned watching movies. I use tcpmp for movies and music videos in .avi format on low quality. Is this the best format and setting? I noticed some files to play choppy and even the sound to have a loud crackle in it sometimes. What do you reccomend to get the best quality video and sound from the touch pro, thank you for your help, as i hit the thanks button.

i use coreplayer, its well worth the money. coreplayer plus vid. out cable, sweet.
