Attn: Residents of 818 area code
I forgot about the new rule as of today to dial 818 even when placing calls from 818 to 818 numbers due to the 818-747 split/overlay. Check out this link ---> HERE

Yeah...I just spent a chunk of time adding 818 to all my local #'s (the martinis helped). wILLk0r3_818, I don't think there's too many of us in the 818. I'm in 91324

Re: Attn: Residents of 818 area code
I always put the area code in front of the numbers, even for same area code numbers. I don't usually dial through my phone book or favorites for numbers I call often due to force of habit by pressing talk and just dialing the number. These usually are the numbers that are in my same area code and ones that I dial on regular basis. I'm a weirdo LOL.
