AppToDate: Software updater for Windows Mobile There are a handful of decent programs for Windows that will help you up to date. But as far as we know, nobody's ever developed such an application for Windows Mobile. Until now. AppToDate is a utility for Windows Mobile that checks to see if your installed software is up to date, and if not, it will automatically download updates. Right now, only a handful of applications are supported, and AppToDate is still in the early beta stages. But we love the concept. Imagine only having to install software on your phone or PDA once. From then on, every time an update is issued, it would be installed automatically. this has been out for over a year and has been on this wesite for the same amout of time heres the Orinal thread

PPS Dont rate your own threads. thats for other users to let eveyone else wether the information you have posted is good or not. not for you to decide. and its a little tacky. |

Guys, don't you think you're being a bit harsh? I know the rules are to search, but lets be real. How many people do that?
This guy was trying to help out. Put more emphasis on how he's helping the community, and just mention its good to search because there's already a thread. Adding a few smiles also helps to keep the thread light-hearted :) I've noticed many of the posts towards new members who have made mistakes are VERY harsh and negative. We don't want to scare away our new friends. Everyone has to learn sometime. And no matter how many times you say SEARCH, there'll still be some who mess up. Welcome to PPCGeeks, OP! |
