CDMA = Raph 800

Verizon CDMA= Raph 500

Did you flash any other fancy roms lately? Might want to reflash to Stock just to be on the safe side

You might have used the wrong relocker if it changed your device ID. There's a seperate relocker for verizon touch pro's.

if you have the Verizon Touch Pro then that is the correct Device ID, as stated above, as least as far as I know.

You should always flash back to stock ROM and you will be fine.

They never look that deep. Trust me ;c)

I can tetll you the number of people that have an unlocked phone from VZW depot.

500 is correct for VZW model. 800 is correct for others.

Thanx for all the info. After the id issue bootloader would not connect with the phone so I downloaded correct version to sd card.Relocked then unlocked active sync recognized reflashed 1.7 kitchen device i.d. back to raph800. everything seems fine now. Is there anyway that using two different bateries could cause the wmdc or active sync not to recognize the phone?

I just unzipped the file VZW_Tp_SSPl_Manual.exe to my sd card ran the program and the bootloader came up and was able to get my phone back working. I'm just glad I read the stickys and found what I needed. Its confusing at first but when your phone doesn't work . Sometimes you have to just give it a shot
