They tried to have me send my phone in so I can either get the display phones or a refurbished one. I was like ****ing bull****, I just bought this phone less then a week ago, I've NEVER dropped it or hurt it some how.

if you just bought it a week ago, take it back to where you got it and tell them it's not working properly. since you haven't had it 30 days, they should exchange it. that's what happened with my first one. i bought it at Bestbuy and had some issues. i took it back within a week or two and told them i was having problems. they exchanged it with no problems at all.

and no, that's not the same as a hard reset.

Well my problem is I got it off E-Bay for $335 with no contract and it was never opened or at least I couldn't tell. So now what do I do?

Hey there ... I tell you something hat happened to me I bought my phone in december and for some reason, still unknown to me, the internet stopped working ... I did hard, soft reset, reprogram the phone with them, etc. Once I called sprint, and I explained to them that the phone has been acting up for no reason ... they sent me a brand new phone ... you know why??... because STILL UNDER MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY you have a year, so you should tell them that the phone is not working.

Another thing ... drop the picture mail cab and install the Arcsoft file it is way much better and faster trust me.

PM me if you need assistance

Ronzki

damn good idea. i didn't even think of the one year manufacturer warranty.

Let me get this right, if I call sprint and tell them that's it's acting up I should get a replacemeant brand new? Because they're trying to say they will either send me a refurbished one or one that's off the display rack thing. I told them that it's brand new and less then two weeks old. They said well take it back to Sprint and get a new one, well I can't because I got it off E-Bay Brand New. So I can avoid the stupid Contract and expensive price.

I'll download the Arcsoft once my phone is fixed. I'm still having problems getting my phone calls and text messages and it's pissing me off so much.
