Touch Pro Win Mo 6.1 Themes

I am creating themes using the windows supplied them generator. However I am having trouble getting my taskbar and bottom bar to be the colors I want. Are there only certain colors that Win Mo 6.1 accepts?? IE I created a white taskbar theme and the taskbar ended up gray. All shades of blue went to either a deep blue or purple color. Any help would be appreciated...

Try program UITweaker to help you get your colors after you load the theme.
