Data Speeds

Hi,

I'm running PROven 2.7 ROM on T-Mobile MDA Vario IV.
Ran a speed test on speedtest.net

Download - 0.17 Mb/s
Upload - 0.23 Mb/s

How can i increase? Would flashing a new radio help?
