Speakerphone Bad, or software issue?
 

My wife's TP started doing this odd thing when making phone calls. SHe likes to listen to Voicemail over speakerphone. A few days ago, she noticed that the phone would start with Speakerphone for a few seconds, then the sound would stop. The only way to get sound back is hitting the onscreen soft button to turn off speakerphone.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you think it is hardware or software related?

Anything I can try?

I tried the speaker phone a few times (My phone is very new) and it seemed like the volume was never at a constant. It would start off decently loud and then drop down, kinda weird I thought. So I gave up on that idea and just bought a cute blue tooth headset. Thats an idea lol :)
