Picture Editor Program

Do any of you guys know of a picture editor softerware for the pro that allows you to change file extensions and resize pictures on the phone.

pocket xnview is my favorite. i use it to create wallpapers on the phone all the time.

im a big fan of conduits pocket artist. I think its the closest thing we got to adobe photoshop for our pocket pcs. but at $40-$50, its kinda pricey.

Just tried resco photo viewer pro and it is sweet. Have any of you guys ever tried it? $40 to $50 is Whooaaa!!!
