Sprint Navigation Problem
 

Hey guys,
I have the stock Navi program on my phone running great no problems at all.
Everytime my lady friend tries to start hers up it seems as if the program does not work. Called Sprint a couple times about it asking for assistance and they advsd her to down load the program again via an SMS txt they sent which also didn't work.
Has anyone else had this problem. Believe it or not i really like the sprint navigation and she wants it too.
What would you suggest be my next step to get the program in working order.

Try reinstalling from the windows directory. Use Total Commander to find it.

Just tried it and it still is not starting up, it will start the program but goes right to the screen asking to pay for a month or single use, chose the month as the sprint rep said and it is still not going ajnywhere. It just seems to time out while searching GPS

any other suggestions?

Is her GPS location setting "ON"? (Phone settings, services, location setting)

She just left for work so i will double check that later tonight
