Videos don't show up in TF3D/Albums
 

I'm not sure if this has always been the case, but it sure is the case now.

My videos don't show up in HTC Album or Pictures and Videos on TF3D.

Pictures show up fine, but no matter where I copy a video (3GP, 3g2) it doesn't show up at all.

Anybody have this problem at all with a solution?

Things I've tried:
-Putting the video in \My Documents\My Videos
-Putting the video in \Storage Card\My Documents\My Videos
-Putting the video in \Storage Card\DCIM

Trying to view them in HTC Album briefly shows a thumbnail of the videos but quickly goes to "No pictures and videos found"

HELP!

ive been having this same problem. what i eventually did was move everything to the memory card and did a hard reset. it worked at first but now the videos play but the sound no longer comes through. if anyone of the more experienced can help us out that would be awesome.

It's kind of annoying that stuff just stops working.

I have a fix for your sound issue though.....

This cab worked for me and I thought it would restore the videos being shown in the Album/TF3D but it didn't. However, it did restore sound for my videos....

I know we can't be the only two people with this problem

SOMEONE help please.

maybe its the format of the vids...try putting a different format video in that folder
