I got my replacement about two weeks ago brand new in the box. And it looks like they forgot to charge me for it.

how is using a service ( tep) for whats its there for which is to replace our phones when there is damge supposed to be fraud?!?!?! if there is a minute damage as far as im concerned then you have every right to swap it.

i pay every month for this service might as well use it. as i said in the op that i have scratches and chrome chips does this not make me eligible for a tep replacement? if not then why pay?
and the increase is because of the phone price not the amount of replacements... why else would they charge that price they will not take a heavy loss. well i take that back they wont take an extremely heavy loss

and who said anything about doing it just because of the price increase? :) its better to pay $50 than $100. if that were the case should i not use my auto insurance for fear of a price increase?

When are the popping uip the price, man just yesterday I had a mogul and called and paid 50 buck and said it didnt work and got it replaced for a Touch Pro, will it be new?
