EDIT...hey decibel, nice post you just made over in the wat du u dink thread. awesome. totally agree with you.

Windows on the phone. In other words, he has it turned on and not in bootloader mode.

Thanks for agreeing. It's just how I personally feel.

Forget what part? I feel like there's something i'm misunderstanding here and i'd like to learn from it. Can you elaborate.

This method helps.

I can not wait to reply this post once I successful unlock the phone and upgrade the WM to 6.5.

Thank you and all others who replied my post.

I hope other people can learn from this post and avoid those troubles.

Thanks again for all the help.

If what decibel suggests doesn't work, then try this.
On your phone go to "Settings" - "Connections" - "USBtoPC" and turn "Advanced Network" under ActiveSync off. good luck.

There is a separate driver being installed after reboot of the device. Once the device goes into bootloader mode, Windows has to install a different driver. Force your phone into bootloader, plug in your usb cable and go to device manager to make sure the driver is being installed.

To get into bootloader: Hold Down the Power button, Volume DOWN button and push the stylus into the reset hole. Release the power and down buttons when the screen gets to the tricolor bootloader screen.

I think this is your problem if you don't see the PC load a new driver once interring bootloader mode you need to force the PC to load the driver. Instructions above. I am new to flashing the TP so it took me a few tries to figure this out once the driver is installed everything went well.

Re: Tried many times, but failed

oH, yes. :headbang: This method fixed the problem.

And I successfully upgrade the wm to ver. 6.5.

Tried the standard version, but too slow. So tried the phantom version. but the slide key board doesn't respond right. It should be a setup issue. ](*,)

I like the original sprint 3D interface. Will find out how to install that
