It looks like your file allocation table is corrupt, but there should be a 2nd copy (providing its not bad too). Run checkdisk on your PC and see if it can fix it and let it check for bad sectors as well.
If the data you have is not backed up somewhere and you really need it, you might try some recovery programs on your PC like Get My Data Back. I know that hindsight is always 20/20, but always keep a good backup. I have so much customization (Sashami, mortscripts, cabs, etc) on my 8gb that it would be a real pain to start over. Any time I make any significant changes, I backup the card to a my computer. |

I got a 16 gig San disk, and I back it up at least once a week, I use it all the time as a tool box for servicing pc's and ppc's alike, not to mention to haul my movies around XM3 is cool as hell, I got see that one on the silver screen!!

i'm having a different issue. i have an 8gb and only 4.1 gb have been used and the only thing on it are pictures and music. i have roughly 800 songs and all of a sudden certain songs won't play unless i listen to about 200 in a row. it keeps saying not enough memory. anyone else having this issue or does anyone have a fix? thanx in advance!
