clear storage
 

have to hard reset. its not working. is there an easy way to get to clear storage?

Hold the VOLUME DOWN and CENTER [circle button on front] button, then press the RESET button with the stylus

First off, how are you trying to hard reset. The correct way is power+down Volume+center button then soft rest. Keep holding the buttonsand remove the stylus from the reset hole. After a few seconds the hard reset options come on the screen. Clear storage is in the system settings in the control panel. Hope this helps.

to hard reset on mine it is hold center ok button and reset with stylus. Hold both untill screen turns grey.

tried this 8 times. it never worked. im reading this thread and it seems im not the only one

press and hold the power button until a little menu pops up warning that you might lose data, hit yes then hold the volume up and center d-pad button then hit the power button again to turn it back on

im holding the power up and dpad and soft resetting and every time it goes right back to boot up. no grey screen and im holding the buttons down the whole time

you need to hold down the power button + volume down key + center button then while holding all 3 press the reset button
