Keyboard issue

I have the touch pro, and the keyboard will stop working out of the blue, then it will work again after me restarting it or what not or shutting the phone then going back to landscape mode,,, any suggestion or anyone else have this issue.

Take it to the store there might be some loose connections inside as one of the sprint techs in here has reported. Is a simple fix. If they can't fix it then they should be able to give you a replacement as long as you have insurance.
