Problems with Bluetooth on Touch Pro. please help
 

Ok my sister just got a Samsung Propell with Cingular yesterday and I have a Touch Pro and I was trying to send her some ringtones through bluetooth, the phones would pair just fine, but when I sent a file through Beam, the Samsung phone would pop up a message asking if I wanted to accept a file from my Touch Pro, when I select yes, everything stops and I almost alwyas have to soft reset my Touch Pro. Then I tried putting my files I wanted to send in the bluetooth folder on my Touch Pro and tried browsing the device on the Samsung, well I would select the file I wanted and start the transfer, but the progress bar would go like 29% and just freeze, kept trying and out of like 15 tried, one file sent all the way.

Ok now what I am asking does this sound like a problem with my phone or the Samsung? is it possible the bluetooth signal strength is somehow being diminished by something else? Has anyone else ever encountered this problem?

It could be a problem with the size of the file. I have tried beaming/bluetooth ringtones to other phones and they couldnt support the filesize. Havent tried with my pro but it did freeze my mogul. Is the one file that transfered smaller than the others? Try giving people a little more time to respond, people could be trying to find an answer for you but not posting til they have.

Cool I will try this, does anyone else have suggestions in case this does not solve the problem.
