Sprint replacement policy
 

I heard that 90% of the replacement phones sprint sends out on their insurance policy are refurbished phones. Can anyone confirm this for me?

I've received 2 replacements from Sprint in the 10 years I've been with them (last one 2 months ago). Not sure if the phones were refurbished but they both seemed pretty new and I didn't have any issues with them...
