black sip keyboard

im trying to install the cab but it says unsuccessful i disabled tflo thinking maybe that would have something to do with it. is there something i have to turn of or do before installing the cab? any help would greatly appreciated

use a good task manager that finds all running processes and turn off SIPGT_app.exe. then install the cab.

You can try restarting the phone and try to install again before bringing up the SIP
