Mondaco (nodata.cab) question?

I have a touch pro and it keeps connecting and using sprint's data services. I don't have a data plan or need one because everywhere I go has wifi. I recently installed the Mondaco nodata.cab and I need a little help figuring out what to disable to keep my phone from using sprint's data services. Bear with me here as I've search for the answer and haven't found it.

Here are the two choices I get:

- Phone as Modem - Enabled
- Spint - Enabled

Which of these do I disable to keep from connecting to Sprint's data services. And will i still receive text messages and phone calls if I disable it?

disable both if you want, but you technically wouldnt need to diasble PAM(phone as modem) your phone would only chose to connect that way if you tried to tether your TP to a laptop/pc, so its really a non issue..

and yes youll still get texts and calls...

are u getting charged for the data, is that why your looking for a soloution? your carriers can flat out put a block on your data also, well i know sprint will.. thatll help a avoid anything getting chrged on accident as well

Sprint will block the data but if you have picture mail, then you cant send. I to use nodata and it works great but every time I want to send picture mail, you gotta re enable the data connection.

To be honest I tried through wifi and had no success. It could be because of the picture mail app with its delay of sending and all but who knows. I really have not been able to send any picture mail successfully yet. Ill try some more when I get home tonight though.
