AT&T blocking web traffic?
 

I have an FTP server running at home. I use it to back up many CABs which I use to reinstall on my phone after a hard reset. It was very easy to be able to open opera mobile and hop on my ftp and download everything I needed. I also used to be able to connect to my PC via VNC viewer on my phone. But for the last month i simply cannot connect. I can connect with my laptop fine. My FTP is up and running and so is VNC. Is ATT blocking my home server intentionally? Has anyone else had similar issues?

I have tried connecting with both hostname and direct IP. Same story with both.
