Bluetooth Connection Lost When Call Ends
 

Hey all,

I'm having an issue with my Sprint TP and my Parrot 3200 Hands Free Car Kit. When I get in the car and turn it on everything syncs up perfectly and it remains connected until I make or receive a call. As soon as a call disconnects (I hang up using the handset, the Parrot, or the other party hangs up) the connection between the phone and the hands free kit is lost. The screen on the Parrot shows "Disconnected". I can then go in the Parrot's menu and manually tell it to connect and it happily reconnects.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Is there any sort of logging I could do on the phone to see what is happening with the Bluetooth connection?

Maybe get your hands on some other BT device like a headset to see if it does the same thing? Right now, it seems you don't know if it's a phone issue or a bt device issue. I had similar problems with my old 6700 and any bt headset. No amount of software tweaks had any positive effect, the phone had to be replaced. It frustrated the heck out of me, so I can guess what you're going through. Good luck!

I get the same thing on my TomTom. before i had MS Exchange setup it worked mostly fine, now it wont stay connected at all.

Someone tell me why the bluetooth goes stupid when the data connection / Synch is turned on?
