No sound during calls
 

I just replaced my Touch Pro and the Sprint store gave me a 'new' one that strangely had old texts and photos from someone else on it still.

When I make a call, I cannot hear anything unless I put the phone on speakerphone. It took 4 hours to load everything I had backed up from the old phone (keyboard completely quit working) and then I discovered this little inconvenience.

Funny thing, one of the 'old' text messages said, "I have to call you back, I'm having problems with this phone."!
